Adam Simms
Director of Residential Portfolio

Adam has been with the Company since 2008. He currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gregory Funding. He is also the Director of Residential Portfolio at Aspen Capital. He ran subprime trading for the residential correspondent lending group at Deutsche Bank from 2004 – 2008. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank he was responsible for servicer surveillance for Credit Suisse First Boston’s $50 billion+ residential mortgage position. Adam has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
